Our hip-hop class is taught by Jimmy Kang, a dancer/choreographer. The
weekly class is filled with fun, exercise and today's hit music. This is
an intro to dance, and each week the kids will learn new dance moves.

Ages 18 and Up (Ages 13-17 may join with an accompanying adult)
A mixture of low-intensity and
high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance
fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see
